The Old Dairy is a cosy self catering holiday home situated on the Duke of Norfolks Estate in a rural part of West Sussex, in between Patching and Arundle. Our holiday cottage is situated adjacent to the Church and its Southwest outlook means it gets plenty of sun with uninterrupted views out across the farm.

About The Old Dairy


Our holiday home is a cosy retreat that can sleep up to 4 people in a double and a twin bedroom. The master bedroom has a 5' Double bed, an en suite shower room, digital television with DVD player and underfloor heating. The second bedroom is a twin room and also has a digital TV with DVD player and underfloor heating.

There is an open plan kitchen, dining and living room has a ceiling going up into the eaves and french doors onto the patio. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, washer drier, fridge with small freezer, microwave and the other common items.

Local Area


Patching Village is a picturesque village just 5 miles from Arundel or Worthing within the new National Park with direct access onto the South Downs and their huge network of footpaths and bridleways. We are a great base for exploring the many attractions and places of interest throughout West Sussex. We are only 30 minutes from Brighton, The Monarch Way passes by the farm and footpaths lead away to all compass points so there is a walk or ride for every countryside lover.
