The Arthouse offers luxurious self catering accommodation just outside of Chichester in West Sussex. We are ideal for a tranquil getaway and only 1 and a half hours from London on the Sussex/Hampshire borders.

Our spacious property sleeps up to 14 people in 7 en suite bedrooms and offers everything your need for a memorable getaway, nestled in stunning countryside. The gorgeous architect-designed property is surrounded by paddocks and its own grounds, great for peace and seclusion.

This modern house offers a unique character, offering something for everyone. Unwind in the drawing room by the fire with a good book or relax in one of the many cosy rooms, all perfect for a special occasion.

A focal point of the house is a central glazed atrium rising to all 3 floors with full-height windows that enjoy garden views. Underfloor heating is perfect for the winter months and the rooms are generously sized. The house offers lots of flexibility to cater for families or friends. The top floor is accessed by a second light of stairs, with a separate area containing two en suite bedrooms, great for added privacy.

Visiting Itchenor Green & Exploring West Sussex

We are close to the cathedral City of Chichester, home to restaurants, pubs, cafes and shops. We are ideally located for all of the Goodwood Sporting events. The South Downs allows miles of exploration deep into the countryside, perfect for walking and seeing the abundance of wildlife. Excellent attractions to visit include:
