The CottageThe Cottage is a delightful one-storey stable conversion situated on a working farm on the edge of the South Downs. From the front door there is access to great walks and views across the Downs and the Harbour to be enjoyed throughout the year.
The accommodation comprisesAn open plan sitting room, dining area and kitchen complete with most of the mod cons!
Two bedrooms. One large bedroom with two 3ft beds. The second bedroom is smaller and has two 2ft 6in beds. The beds can be joined to make a double. A cot and highchair are available if required.
A bathroom (shower)There is a separate utility room with both a washing machine and tumble dryer. It also offers an area to leave your muddy boots etc.
The Cottage is fully heated; this is provided in the price. The water comes from our own well. Linen and towels are provided at no extra cost. There is a patio for the glorious summer days which catches the light for much of the day. The Courtyard also has ample parking. Wi-Fi is available.
The AnnexeBuilt in 2009, it can be rented on its own or as an addition to the Cottage. Sleeps two.

Kitchen with archway to the sitting room. TV, DVD player. Wi-Fi is available.
Underfloor heating, small sitting area outside.
Washroom next door with washing machine and tumble dryer. It also offers an area to put muddy boots.
Heating, linen and towels are provided in the price.
Sheltered parking is adjacent.
Local AreaThe accommodation is a five minute walk to the centre of Chichester and a three-minute walk to the Festival Theatre. Goodwood is a ten-minute drive and the beautiful beaches of West Wittering are 7 miles away.
This property would be the perfect place for a stay in Chichester. With easy access to the beautiful and historic City of Chichester and the surrounding area and all that it has to offer.
