Accommodation

The cottage sleeps 2 people. At the front of the cottage is a private off road parking space. Once through the front door you will enter the lounge, tastefully furnished with it's heavily beamed ceiling, flagstone floor and very impressive walk-in inglenook fireplace, incorporating a cast iron wood burning stove for cosy nights in. To one side of the lounge you have a small dining room and to the other is the inner hall, leading to the downstairs toilet and utility room. The fully equipped kitchen is fitted with quality units, a fan assisted electric oven, four burner gas hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer and small breakfast bar with stools. Finally the original Elm staircase leads you to the spacious bedroom with its wealth of exposed ceiling timbers and brickwork, built-in wardrobe, King size bed and en-suite shower room fitted with quality sanitary ware. To the rear of the Cottage is a small Cottage garden complete with garden furniture. The Cottage benefits from full gas central heating.

Location

The village of Wilmcote not only has the historical Shakespearean wonder that is 'Mary Arden's House' but if you don't fancy driving there are also excellent bus and rail transport links to Stratford upon Avon which is just a couple of miles nearby. The train station also serves links to Warwick, Leamington Spa and Birmingham city centre.
