Accommodation

We have an array of wonderful accommodation to choose from, all based in a tranquil and picturesque location. We have 6 unique properties to choose from, Ben’s Burrow, George’s Getaway, Will’s Tree House, Bob’s Lodge, Chicken Shed Lodge and Jess’ Tree Bach. All of the accommodation has been finished to the highest standards and seamlessly blends into the natural environment. Each property comes with a well-equipped including a dishwasher, microwave, SMEG kettle and toaster and oven-grill, a comfy living area, beautiful bedrooms and modern bathrooms.

Ben’s Burrow - Sleeps 9 plus 1 infant in a cot:

Our amazing lodge is bursting with luxury and overlooks the gorgeous pond that is filled with ducks and koi carp. The lodge is great for families looking for somewhere special to stay, whilst a self-contained studio flat which sleeps two is ideal for grandparents or nannies. Inside there is a large open plan kitchen and lounge. Savour some delicious dishes around the large dining table and afterwards catch your favourite show on the 55’ smart TV and DVD player.

Downstairs there are two double bedrooms, one with an end suite shower room. A stairway leads to a triple bedroom which boasts a private bath, power shower and separate toilet. A second stairway leads to a self-contained flat. Outside there is a dining area with a charcoal pizza oven and size-burner gas BBQ for al fresco dining. Soak away your troubles in the hot tub or relax in the outdoor power shower. A fabulous geodesic dome comes with a day bed and dining facilities.

George’s Getaway - Sleeps 6 adults and 2 children (plus 1 infant in a cot)

This fantastic rural getaway has been stylishly renovated from a stable and chicken coup to offer magnificent accommodation. Cook up a storm in the high-spec kitchen or relax in the cosy living area in front of the 55’’ TV and DVD player after a day sightseeing.

A focal point of the house is the sumptuous king-size master room which includes twin freestanding bath tubs within the bedroom, offering the ultimate in luxury. The family suite includes a king-size bedroom with a lavish corner bath, a twin children’s room and a ‘Jack & Jill’ (two-door) bathroom that links them. Outside a large decking area includes an eight-seater BBQ, offering a great spot to admire the amazing views from. You can unwind in the hot tub and the geodesic dome is equipped with super-king-sized circular bed, sleeping a further two people.

Will’s Tree House – Sleeps 4:

Our truly unique tree house offers an unforgettable getaway in the country. The spectacular tree-top location boasts glorious views over the farm. The Tree House has been stylishly furnished and features a large wraparound decking area with plenty of comfortable seating and an outdoor shower. You can enjoy a glass of bubbly in the hot tub or enjoy a spot of al fresco dining, with a charcoal pizza oven and gas barbeque provided.

Inside a spacious living area comes with comfy seating a wall-mounted 55” Smart TV and DVD player. Rustle up some delicious dishes in the fully equipped kitchen. A wonderful king size bed and ingenious fold-down bunks are perfect for a restful night’s sleep. The modern bathroom has a power shower over the bath.

Bob’s Lodge – Sleeps 8 plus 1 infant in a cot:

This superb holiday home offers a unique getaway and offers everything you need for a magical holiday. You enter via a ground level and out through trifold doors from the lounge that lead onto a wonderful tri-deck area. This offers a great place for al fresco dining over a few glasses wine, whilst hammocks, wooden ergonomic sun loungers, charcoal pizza oven and a gas barbecue are also provided. A further decking area houses a large geodesic dome with a king -size bed. On the lower part of the deck is a luxury hot tub with modern Bluetooth speakers.

A fabulous curved kitchen-diner is equipped to the highest standards and the lovely open plan area includes seating and a 43” Smart TV, DVD player and WIFI speaker. On the second floor is a chill-out area for children to enjoy. A spacious ground bedroom has a king-size bed and downstairs there is a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Two first floor bedrooms are available: a double and twin room. Both rooms share a bathroom with a full-size bath and walk-in shower.

Chicken Shed Lodge – Sleeps 5 plus 1 infant in a cot

Our beautifully restored chicken shed comes with everything you need for a memorable holiday. French doors at the back of the lodge lead to a large living area with comfy seating and a superb dining room. Relax in the living area that includes a 43” smart TV, DVD player and WIFI speaker. A well-equipped kitchen is great for home-cooking. Two large bedrooms are available, a double and a triple room with one double and one single bed. The rooms share a modern bathroom and boasts a power shower over the bath.

Outside there is a glorious wraparound outdoor decking area featuring a wood-fired pizza oven and gas barbeque, two hanging rattan seats and table and chairs for al fresco dining when the sun is shining. You can relax in the afternoon sun on the swinging bench and savour the views. A gorgeous five-seater hot tub is perfect for relaxing in and there is also an outdoor shower. A geodesic dome includes a super-king size bed.

Jess’ Tree Bach – Sleeps 4:

The newest of our lodges, the contemporary rural retreat is a haven for nature lovers looking for somewhere unique to stay. Enjoy some home-cooking in the stylish kitchen or relax in the cosy living area which has a 50” smart TV, DVD and WIFI speaker. The main bedroom comes with an electric skylight, which is perfect for stargazing and also has twin bathtubs. Full-sized single bunk beds are also available. The modern bathroom has a large walk-in power shower.

Outside there is a decking area including a charcoal pizza oven and barbeque as well as a table and chairs for al fresco dining. Soak your muscles in the five-seater hot tub.

Visiting Upper Tysoe & Exploring Warwickshire

Tysoe is a scenic parish with an abundance of wonderful walking and cycling routes to enjoy. You can also visit the historic town of Stratford-upon-Avon, home to Shakespeare’s New Place, Mary, The Other Place, The MAD Museum, great restaurants and lovely pubs. Only 5 minutes away by car is the National Trust’s Upton House, a majestic country mansion with spectacular gardens. Further attractions to visit include:
