Set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in an elevated position on Alne Hills, we enjoy breathtaking views of Warwickshire’s magnificent countryside and ancient woodland.

The bespoke kitchen is fully equipped including granite work surfaces, a gas range cooker, cook island with chopping block, microwave and dishwasher. A dining/breakfast area is incorporated into the kitchen, along with one side of the double-sided log burner. The marble floor runs throughout the kitchen and continues into the cosy lounge. You can curl up on the sumptuous sofa in front of the log burner. A plasma TV and DVD player are provided. Oak glazed doors open onto the patio area which comes with a BBQ. Perfect for a spot of al fresco dining.

Upstairs the emphasis is on the luxurious master suite with a walk-in wardrobe, bathroom with his and hers wash hand basins, walk-in shower room, deep bathing tub and WC. The master suite has a king bed and its own private balcony. Two further bedrooms share the luxury family bathroom, both with king size beds all beds can be made up as singles. Also off the Family lounge is bedroom 2 offering level access.

The barn stands on its own and is surrounded on all sides by beautiful countryside.

Visiting Great Alne & Exploring Warwickshire

A short drive away are the beautiful Cotswold villages of Chipping Campden and Broadway. You can visit Hidcote Manor Garden, Moreton-in-Marsh with its famous Tuesday outdoor market and the beautiful Batsford Arboretum. Warwick is famous for its antique shops, tea rooms and magnificent medieval castle.

There are many outstanding National Trust houses and gardens nearby, including Charlecote Park, Packwood House, Baddesley Clinton, Upton House and Coughton Court.
