Downstairs, the kitchen and dining area is fully equipped for self-catering, featuring a double oven cooker and hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, Bosch pod coffee maker, kettle, toaster and a dishwasher. Guests are welcomed with tea, coffee, sugar, milk and a few treats on arrival. The lounge offers comfortable seating, a Smart TV with DVD player, HiFi, MP3 and DAB system, as well as free BT business broadband, providing a relaxing space to unwind after a day exploring the city.
Upstairs, the cottage has two well-appointed bedrooms. The master double bedroom enjoys a lovely view of Wells Cathedral, a walk-in wardrobe and space for a cot if needed. The single bedroom includes a built-in wardrobe. Both rooms feature Tempur mattresses and Egyptian cotton bedlinen for a truly restful stay. The bathroom is equipped with a bath with shower over, a low-level WC and a basin.

Private parking is available directly outside the cottage, and a bus stop on the main Bath route is just 50 yards away, with excellent public transport links, making a car optional for exploring the area.
