You arrive at Keys Cottage after driving along the magnificent Shropshire Clun Valley towards the ancient village of Clun with its historic 13th Century castle and river. The holiday accommodation in Clun is located in the stunning south Shropshire hills, which is designated as a Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB).
The delightful cottage, which has been recently fully renovated to an exceptional standard provides luxury accommodation for up to five guests. AccommodationThe holiday accommodation is an immaculately presented end terrace cottage conveniently located on the edge of the historic village of Clun in Shropshire.
The cottage provides quality, well equipped accommodation ideal for a family or a romantic break for two. The porch leads into the sitting room with a beautiful inglenook fireplace and wood burning stove which helps to create a charming cosy atmosphere.
There are three bedrooms providing comfort for all the family with a separate en suite to the master bedroom, family bathroom and downstairs cloakroom.
The master bedroom with its 5' king size bed also has a wonderful Juliette balcony which overlooks the glorious countryside.
The second bedroom has twin beds and the third bedroom offers a single bed. The large fully equipped kitchen has a dining area and French doors leading onto a deck area. There is also a very useful utility room and full oil fired central heating throughout the property.
The cottage offers a small seating area at the front of the cottage with a spacious decked rear garden with ample garden furniture and BBQ which overlooks stunning farmland and countryside.
Keys Cottage provides a flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD player, music player, electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, all linen and towels, plentiful selection of china, glassware, cutlery and all cooking equipment. Off road parking for up to three cars. Sorry, no pets and no smoking.
Local AreaEnjoy the historic towns of Bishops Castle, Ludlow, Shrewsbury, Ironbridge - a must for visitors.
The historic town of Ludlow is within a 25 minute drive and has a wealth of superb restaurants, historic building and antique shops. Combined with regular street markets and delicious specialist food shops.
Annual festivals are held in the castle grounds and include the famous Food and Drink Festival in September and also a Medieval Christmas Fair in November and many other events.
Charming English inns, restaurants and coffee shops are in abundance.
This breath taking region offers a variety of outdoor pursuits including walking, golf, cycling, bird watching, horse riding, gliding, horseracing and hot air ballooning!
