The well-equipped kitchen includes a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, providing everything needed for a comfortable self-catering stay. The entrance hall also includes a convenient adjoining toilet and shower room.

Upstairs, stairs lead to a bright and spacious balcony area featuring a king-size bed and beautiful views across the surrounding farmland. Downstairs are two additional bedrooms, including a larger room with a double bed and the mill’s impressive internal pitwheel as a unique feature. The second bedroom is a cosy twin room with two single beds.

The downstairs bathroom is particularly attractive and includes a large Victorian porcelain bath, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the countryside. A utility area with a washing machine and Butler sink is also located downstairs, alongside a large adjoining coat and boot room with an external door, ideal for outdoor gear.

Oil-fired central heating is provided throughout the property, along with the wood-burning stove. Logs, fuel and electricity are all included, as well as linen, towels and unlimited fast WiFi and broadband access.
