Ashwood Lodge is a luxurious seven-bedroom cottage, converted from former stables and byres, accommodating up to 17 guests, including 14 adults and 3 children. Furnished and decorated to a high standard while maintaining a warm, family-friendly atmosphere, the lodge features a spacious lounge that opens onto a private patio with garden furniture, enjoying views across open hills and an enclosed grass play area. The property is fully equipped with WiFi, two TVs with DVD, bathrooms with bath, shower and shaver points, and a comprehensive kitchen including an electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Oil central heating ensures comfort throughout the year, and bed linen, towels and energy bills are included. Sunrise Barn is a beautifully converted four-bedroom former milking parlour offering the perfect setting for a relaxing break with family or friends. Finished to an exceptionally high standard, the barn features impressive high ceilings and a cosy log burning stove. Every room is thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay, while outside there is a private, landscaped garden area that is both child and dog friendly, designed so everyone can enjoy the surroundings. A luxury hot tub overlooks the stunning views across Teesdale, providing the ideal spot to relax with a glass of wine, a good book or good company. Each bedroom benefits from its own en-suite bathroom or wet room and great care has been taken to provide exceptionally comfortable beds and bedding to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

The cottage accommodates up to six guests, comprising four adults and two children, and features its own private patio with garden furniture for relaxing outdoors. Inside, it offers WiFi, two TVs with a DVD player, and bathroom facilities including a bath, shower and shaver point. Families are catered for with a cot and high chair, while the fully equipped kitchen includes an electric cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and automatic washing machine. Oil-fired central heating and all fuel costs are included, as is bed linen, although guests are asked to bring their own towels. There is also a private off-road parking area available for guests’ convenience.
