The large lounge is a welcoming space designed for relaxation, featuring double-glazed windows to the rear with far-reaching views across the valley towards the historic Dobroyd Castle. Exposed ceiling beams and a feature stone fireplace with a gas stove create a warm and characterful atmosphere, while ample comfortable seating allows everyone to unwind and enjoy the surrounding scenery. A recently installed kitchen includes light grey units, an impressive eight-ring gas cooker, integrated fridge and dishwasher, microwave, freestanding fridge freezer and washing machine. It is fully equipped with plenty of crockery, cutlery, utensils and tea towels, making it ideal for large family gatherings. A welcome pack is provided on arrival and the dining room comfortably seats up to twelve guests. Additional spaces include a utility room, games room and cloakroom, along with a grand sweeping staircase that has proved popular for wedding photos, with the barn regularly hosting wedding parties thanks to the picturesque location.

Upstairs, the accommodation includes one king-size bedroom, two twin bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, and a family room with en-suite facilities that can sleep up to five guests. Bed linen is provided, and while the barn sleeps eight very comfortably across four bedrooms, the family room allows for flexibility up to ten or eleven guests, which is best suited to groups including children due to the pull-out bed. Guests are encouraged to enquire for advice on suitability to ensure a comfortable stay. There is a large family bathroom with a shower over the bath, as well as additional en-suite shower rooms and a ground-floor shower room, with hand towels provided throughout.

The barn is located around four miles from the popular town of Hebden Bridge, easily reached by car, train or a scenic walk along the canal. Both Todmorden and Hebden Bridge are well served by Trans Pennine rail services between Leeds and Manchester, as well as good local bus routes. The area is known for its welcoming pubs, independent shops, cafés and restaurants, with Hebden Bridge offering a vibrant boutique shopping scene. Todmorden itself is just a short stroll downhill and is home to an award-winning indoor market, excellent coffee shops and a strong local food scene, with a wide choice of places to eat and drink ranging from relaxed family-friendly pubs to fine dining and international cuisine.
