Accommodation

The cabin is designed to accommodate two to four guests and features an open-plan living space with a double bed and a sofa bed. There is a kitchenette for preparing simple meals and a fully accessible wet room fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. Outside, a private decking area provides a relaxing spot where guests can take in the surrounding countryside and enjoy the unique farm setting. For added comfort, locally sourced breakfast hampers can be ordered in advance.

The cabin accommodation is entirely step free and has been thoughtfully designed with wheelchair users in mind. The wet room is fully accessible, featuring grab handles and ample floor space for ease of movement. Parking is located directly next to the cabin, allowing smooth access with no steps between the vehicle and the entrance. The outdoor decking area is also level throughout, ensuring easy and comfortable access.

Situated on a working hill farm bordering Tebay Common, the cabin is surrounded by open countryside and offers a true escape into nature.

Visiting the Area
