The ground floor king-size bedroom includes a spacious en-suite with a large shower, while the first floor king room features its own balcony with beautiful views across the landscape and an en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath. A third twin bedroom offers additional space for guests and also has its own en-suite. The living areas open through French doors onto a private terrace, where guests can enjoy fresh country air, morning coffee and evening sunsets as the sky shifts into twilight.
Outdoor dining is easy to enjoy, with a barbecue available for leisurely meals under the stars, or guests can gather inside around the dining table after preparing food in the fully equipped kitchen. The owners are happy to arrange visits around the working farm, giving guests the chance to meet the sheep and horses grazing nearby.
Beyond the farm, the sandy beaches of Ryde lie just two miles away, perfect for traditional seaside fun, from paddling in the water to building sandcastles or simply relaxing in the sun. The surrounding area offers a variety of activities for every interest. Sailing, fishing and crabbing can be enjoyed along the island’s coastline, while horse riders will find Trotters Riding School and Livery Yard only a few minutes’ drive away. The nearby village of Seaview, just three miles from Old Byre, provides a charming coastal outing with its pretty cottages, sea views, cafés and scenic walks. Guests can also explore scenic cycling routes, coastal paths and picturesque villages, or spend a day visiting well-known island attractions such as Osborne House and The Needles, discovering the rich heritage and natural beauty of the Isle of Wight.
