The house can comfortably sleep up to seven people. Its rustic farmhouse style creates a warm and inviting space and the garden and patio provide the perfect vantage point to enjoy the stunning coastal scenery. The ground floor features a spacious open plan family kitchen with an island, a two oven electric cooker with gas hob, skylights that fill the room with natural light, an American-style fridge and a traditional farmhouse dining table. Beyond the dining area, the large living room offers a log burner and comfortable sofas for relaxing. A children’s playroom sits just off the lounge and includes a PlayStation 4 and smart TV. This level also has a utility room and a toilet. Upstairs, the mezzanine overlooks the dining area below. The master bedroom includes a dressing area, walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom and its glass front provides remarkable sea views. Two additional spacious bedrooms share a shower room. Outside, the private garden and decking area offer a six-person hot tub, an Egg BBQ, a four-burner gas BBQ and a pizza oven, making it a great place for outdoor dining and relaxation. Laggan Behind has its own drive and parking space and enjoys a peaceful location on the Laggan estate.

This cosy two bedroom cottage offers a true home from home experience, with spectacular sea views and its own enclosed garden. Perfect for a small family, it provides a warm and sociable setting thanks to its spacious open plan kitchen and living room. Guests can relax outdoors in the hot tub while taking in the scenery, or make use of the BBQ and outdoor furniture for peaceful al fresco evenings. Inside, the cottage is well equipped with thoughtful touches including a smart TV, a king-size bed, tea and coffee facilities, a hairdryer, a double shower, a bath, a fridge, an iron and ironing board, an Echo Dot and a fully fitted kitchen, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming stay. The cottage includes its own private parking space.
