Stepping through the white picket gate into the garden immediately sets the tone for a warm and welcoming stay. The cottage sleeps eight and has a homely feel from the moment you enter. The spacious kitchen diner is designed for easy gatherings with family or friends and benefits from a bright garden room to the side. From here, the house leads into two cosy lounges. The larger sitting room offers three comfortable sofas, a fire and a wide-screen TV, while the smaller lounge provides an intimate place to relax in luxury.
Upstairs, four beautifully decorated bedrooms create an inviting and restful atmosphere, each furnished with comfortable beds to ensure a peaceful night’s sleep.
Outside, the cottage is wrapped in a pretty garden with access to its own paddock, making it a serene setting for unwinding in the hot tub, which sits to the side of the house overlooking the grounds and the surrounding Shropshire countryside.
The Dingle Valley Walk guides visitors into a serene and enchanting landscape, following the gentle curves of the River Camlad as it passes through cool woodlands and quiet, hidden spaces. Wildlife appears in fleeting moments, rewarding those who pause and look closely. Marrington’s striking river gorge and broad valley ridges offer memorable walking routes that showcase the area’s natural splendour.
