Hendersyde The Farm
Walking across the farm you might see otter by the waterside, deer wandering between the woods or salmon leaping in the Tweed. A rich variety of birds can also be seen, and heard on our sensitively managed farm-land. We also care for a flock of sheep, small herd of cattle, and grow barley wheat and oil seed rape. In short Hendersyde is an interesting mixed family farm.
Views over the farm stretch for miles, across The Tweed Valley to the Cheviot Hills in The Northumberland National Park, to the foothills of the Lammermuirs and to The Eildon Hills by Melrose!
Kelso and The Scottish Borders
Just over two miles downstream from Kelso, undoubtedly one of the most attractive market towns in Scotland, there are individual, high quality local shops, lots of places to eat & explore!
Hendersyde is perfectly placed for making the most of all first class activities The Scottish Border country offers, such as fishing, walking, cycling, golfing, bird watching and riding.
Central for discovering the Border towns, historic Abbeys, castles, great homes and gardens and all the wonderfully talented artists, designers and craftsmen that the area inspires.
