Accommodation

Our two charming cottages, Eppie and Flisk, are beautifully furnished and both enjoys amazing view over the Sidlaw Hills and the River Tay.

Each ground level cottage sleeps 6 people and enjoys a similar layout. The cottages adjoin each but have separate entrances and gardens, ensuring plenty of privacy. There is ample parking at each cottage.

Inside there is a delightful open plan kitchen and living area to suit all your needs. There are dining table and chairs, comfortable seating for six, large windows providing spectacular views towards the river Tay and patio doors leading to the garden area.

Facilities include: Digital TV (Freeview), DVD player, fridge, freezer, electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washer dryer, iron, oil-fired central heating, parking.

There are three attractive bedrooms in each property: 1 master bedroom with king size bed, en suite bathroom (shower only) and doors leading to a patio area, 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. An additional bathroom comes with a shower over bath.

A picturesque garden area comes with outdoor furniture and BBQ, great for a glass of wine whilst savouring the stunning views. There is a fantastic area for children to play in. There is a grassy area for children to play in and a garden shed suitable for storing bicycles.

Visiting Inchture & Exploring Perthshire

There are a number of activities and points of interests within easy access from Powgavie Farm Cottages. There are beaches at Broughty Ferry, Tentsmuir and St Andrews. Historical sites such as Glamis Castle and Scone Palace and famous golf courses such as Carnoustie, Gleneagles and St Andrews are all less than an hour away. There are plenty things to do in and around Dundee, with the V&A museum, the RRS Discovery, Camperdown Park and more. Trips to Edinburgh, St Andrews, Perth, Stirling and Glasgow are all popular with guests, as are adventures in the Angus Glens or the southern Cairngorms.

Rates: £460 to £860 per week depending on season.

Dogs are welcome by arrangement, a £30 fee is payable.
