Downstairs is a sitting room with sofas, wood burning stove and TV. An ideal place to relax, unwind and read a good book. A dining room is perfect for wining and dining on. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a range of excellent appliances to suit all your needs.

Upstairs are 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Downstairs is 4th bedroom and a WC. All beds are made before arrival.

You can enjoy spectacular countryside views throughout the property.

Visiting Strathearn & Exploring Perthshire

We are near the beautiful Trossachs National Park. Great golf courses including Gleneagles are nearby. Salmon/trout fishing, cycling, walking and kids' activities are available. Perthshire has many places to explore. The Fair Maid’s House is the oldest secular building in Perth. Visitors can watch the planet from space and see the continents evolve in the Earth Room. Elcho Castle is a brilliant place to explore. Stroll up the grand staircase or venture into the well appointed kitchen and admire the views over the countryside from the high battlements.
