AccommodationOur superb cottage sleeps 4 and a cot is available as well, making us a perfect break for the whole family. The relaxing living room is light and spacious and the kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. There are two lovely bedrooms, a twin room and a double room on the ground floor next to the bathroom. The bathroom has a bath, super size power shower, heated towel rail and WC at the backdoor entrance.
We have a beautiful garden with garden furniture, perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening.

Local AreaOur stunning cottage is situated in a wonderful location, as we are only only 5.5 miles from the A9 Inverness trunk road, which is easily accessible to the major cities. Thirty minutes from Perth; 75 minutes from Edinburgh and Glasgow and two hours to Inverness and Oban to the west. The London, Inverness train also stops at Dunkeld railway station. There is also many excellent places to visit near by: Dunkeld is a Cathedral town set on the banks of the river Tay, it is well equipped with individual shops, National Trust properties, banking facilities, a good bus service along with a varied selection of hotels and pubs. There is also a network of designated walking routes where one can see an abundance of wild life, the ospreys at the Loch of the Lowes nature reserve, the Hermitage and the falls are a walking distance at the edge of the town and being at Tomnagairn the picturesque Rumbling Bridge Falls are but four miles away.
