Kinnaird Estate offers a range of attractive self-catering properties, each with its own unique character, situated at various idyllic locations on this beautiful 6,500 acre Perthshire Estate, which sits on the banks of one of Scotland's finest salmon rivers, the River Tay. Each house is provided with every facility to ensure our guests have a relaxing and memorable holiday.
Castle PerochCastle Peroch offers accommodation for up to 5 people in a quaint house with spectacular views down the Tay Valley. An outside paved patio area with outside furniture and a BBQ allows you to take full advantage of this magnificent location.
Brandoch LodgeBrandoch Lodge is a traditional property with a modern finish. It can accommodate 8 people in 4 double en-suite bedrooms. The lovely living room has a wood burner, flat-screen TV and Boombar Bluetooth speaker. There is a well-equipped kitchen with Range cooker, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and farmhouse table to seat 8. Outside is a seating area with BBQ.
Craignuisq FarmhouseCraignuisq Farmhouse sleeps up to four and overlooks the village of Balnaguard from its vantage point high in the hillls looking down the Tay Valley.. The views from the paved patio area and front lawn are spectacular. A large lounge with an open fireplace makes this a cosy retreat for an out of season break.
Jock Scott CottageJock Scott Cottage sleeps two and is located in a quiet and private courtyard with a lovely secluded decking area with far-reaching views towards the River Tay. It has a spacious lounge with wood-burner, a well-equipped kitchen with seating for 2 and a lovely bedroom with dressing area and en-suite wet room with separate shower and bath.
Keepers CottageKeepers Cottage sleeps up to 4 with 2 en-suite bedrooms and is a very attractive traditional house in a quiet courtyard location with a lovely secluded decking area. It has a spacious lounge with wood-burner and Smart TV and a separate dining room.
Port o’Tay CottagesSituated in an idyllic location on the banks of the Tay, 3 picturesque cottages, newly restored to a very high standard. Located between the Logierait Bridge and the Upper Kinnaird Fishing Hut, each cottage has lawns leading right down to the waters edge. The cottages may be rented together for families or couples who wish to holiday together but have their own base. However due to the proximity of the river, these cottages are not suitable for small children.
Each cottage has an open-plan kitchen with dining table and living room with wood-burner and smart TV, and an outside patio area with table and chairs and a BBQ.
Heron CottageSleeps 4 with 2 double bedrooms, one downstairs with an en-suite shower room and one upstairs with free standing bath and a separate shower.
Osprey CottageSleeps 2 with a double bedroom upstairs overlooking the river with an en-suite shower room.
Separate toilet downstairs.
Kingfisher CottageSleeps 2 with a double bedroom upstairs overlooking the river. En-suite bathroom with free-standing bath and separate shower. Separate toilet downstairs.
