Rattray, Blairgowrie, Perthshire
The Hayloft is an ideal retreat to enjoy peace and quiet, to use as a base for touring much of Scotland, or to enjoy the local Golf, fishing, walking, riding, cycling and, skiing in winter. The surrounding 38 acres was once a berry farm. Now the land surrounding the converted self catering cottage is mainly grazing land to support visiting horses, numerous ponies, and sheep at various times of the year. Our cottages are only 1.5 miles from Blairgowrie town centre yet they lie in the heart of rolling countryside
The HayloftThe Hayloft, which is 4 star, has a hallway, bedroom with kingsize bed, large family bathroom, and lovely modern kitchen/dining area on the ground floor level. Stairs lead from the dining area to the upstairs hall. On this floor youíll find the sitting room, twin bedroom, and shower room. The sitting room has 32"digital TV, DVD/CD player, large leather sofas, coffee table and side tables.
Electricity, bedlinen and towels are included in the price.
The outside decking area is reached through the back door from the kitchen. The decking area has a table, chairs and a BBQ which is great for both breakfast in the morning sun and the classic afternoon BBQs with the whole family. The decking has sun until around 3pm and looks out over the Sidlaw Hills, Strathmore Valley and our stables.
