Ty Rhost offers simple self-catering accommodation in a converted granary at Cilshafe Fawr near Fishguard. Set in a peaceful rural location in Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, we are a great place to get away from it all.

Accommodation

Our one bedroom cottage sleeps 2 people but can sleep 5 if using a cot and sofa bed. The cottage is simply furnished and has a sheltered garden. Located in a secluded setting amongst fields down a private lane, its a perfect location for country lovers.

A small but well-equipped kitchen comes with a fridge, electric hob, double oven, microwave and washing machine. The comfortable and unfussy sitting/dining room comes with a multifuel stove and a sofa bed. Please note, there is no TV.

Upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed. The adjoining bathroom has a bath, shower and WC. A cot and highchair are available on request.

Electricity is metered and you pay for what you use. Please bring your own bedding and towels.

Visiting/Exploring

The Pembrokeshire coastal path is only 15 minutesí walk away. Shops, pubs and beaches are a short drive away or there's a regular bus service. Lots of historic and prehistoric sites are in the area, as well as nature reserves and a sea-life centre. Its an ideal base for walking and bird-watching. Other attractions worth visiting while staying with us include villages and small towns, the Gwaun valley and the Preseli hills, Castell Henllys iron-age settlement, Pentre Ifan cromlech, Cardigan castle and wildlife centre and St David's cathedral. Nearby beaches, villages and small towns, The Gwaun Valley and The Preseli Hills, Castell Henllys Iron-Age settlement, Pentre Ifan Cromlech, Cardigan Castle and Wildlife Centrea and St. Davidís Cathedral.
