Kilhay is a spacious four bedroom, two bathroom detached cottage with secluded garden backing onto open farmland. It has flexible accomodation and comfortably sleeps six plus baby. There is a large family room with double bed, single bed and cot if required, a second double bedroom, a large twin room, and a second smaller twin room.
The property is conveniently located in the centre of Marloes a small village within a mile of the coast at Wales' most southwesterly tip. It is situated in the Pembrokeshire National Park with its stunning landscape of rugged cliffs, sandy beaches and rolling countryside.

Bedroom 1 - Double bed and single bed: This is a bright spacious room tucked away at the top of the house. In addition to the beds there is a wardrobe, chest of drawers, stereo, and sofa. A standard size cot is also available for use if required.
Bedroom 2 - Double bed: This downstairs room is at the rear of the property and overlooks the garden. It has a double bed and a large wardrobe.
Bedroom 3 - Twin single beds: This is a large room at the front of the property. It has two single beds, chest of drawers and a wardrobe.
Bedroom 4 - Twin single beds: This room also has a wardrobe and vanity unit and is ideal for younger children.
Living Room - The lounge has triple windows overlooking the front as well as windows to the sides allowing plenty of natural light into the room. There are views towards the Preseli Hills whilst the wood burner style LPG gas fire on stone hearth and beamed ceilings create a room full of character. The room is equiped with Freeview TV, DVD player and stereo.
Snug/Play Room - This second living room has a selection of games, puzzles and books which you are welcome to use during your stay.
Eating - The kitchen/breakfast room is well equipped with a 4 ring gas hob, double oven, larder refrigerator and microwave. There is a breakfast table which seats six and there is a high chair and child booster seat at the property. Large double glazed French doors in the breakfast room allow access to the patio area and views of the rear garden. There is a separate utility room equipped with butler sink, second fridge with freezer compartment, and washing machine
There is ample parking at the front of the property for 3 cars. At the rear there is a good size, safe, enclosed garden backing onto open farmland and retaining the traditional Pembrokeshire banked hedge. The south facing rear garden also has a patio area with table and chairs. There is a garage at the property but we use this for storage and it won't be available for use. .
Rates: From £350 - £850 per week depending on season.
Maximum of 6 people.
Children are welcome.
