Four luxury cottages and two luxury Shepherd Huts situated in the heart of the Pembrokeshire Countryside offering superior accommodation and tranquil surroundings. The cottages are former farm outbuildings and have been sympathetically converted with many original features along with modern facilities. The central location, lying between Haverfordwest, Milford Haven & Pembroke Dock, gives easy access to all parts of the county including the blue flag sandy beaches, theme parks, castles and other historical sites, golf courses, water sports, fishing, Pembrokeshire Coastal National Park, walking and cycle routes. The cottages and facilities allow you to relax after your enjoyable day out.

Primrose Cottage

Primrose Cottage (4-person family cottage) is a two storey Cottage with living space to the ground floor with the upper floor housing bedrooms and a bathroom, the upper floor is accessed via a metal spiral staircase. The property has a full central heating system with hot water on demand from the oil fired Combination Boiler.

Two entrance doors serve the Cottage, one directly into the kitchen and the other directly into the Living Area.

The ground floor is ‘open plan’. The Living area is furnished with a three and a two-seater settees, side board table, coffee table, TV Unit, TV with ‘free view’ and radio/dvd, cassette nest of tables and two small triangular storage units. A functional wood burning stove features part of this room.

A metal spiral staircase to the upper floor is the main feature of the Living Area whilst the door adjacent to the wood burning stove at the end of the Living Area is a link door to connect to Bluebell Cottage.

The Diner Area consists of a table with four chairs and divides the kitchen from the Living Area.

Kitchen comprises of wall mounted combination boiler, electrical cooker, fridge/freezer, dish washer, microwave slow cooker and all necessary cutlery, crockery, pots pans etc. these are all housed in solid timber kitchen units with hardwood worktops.

The main bedroom is set off the Landing, it comprises of double bed with bedside units, hair dryer wardrobe and tall boy drawers.

The second bedroom, also off the Landing, it comprises of a bunk bed bedside units and dressing table.

A built-in wardrobe also features this room; it also acts as storage space for the iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner together with a lockable security box. Shower / bathroom lies between the two bedrooms and is furnished with vanity style sink and toilet, the shower unit set above the bath and has thermostatic controls.

Heather Cottage

Heather Cottage (Three bedroom 6/7 person family cottage) is a two storey Cottage with Living Area, Kitchen, Shower Room and Bedroom space to the ground floor with the upper floor housing Bedroom and En-suite Bathroom.

The upper floor is accessed via a timber half spiral space saver staircase (not suitable for young or old people to climb). The property has a full central heating system with hot water on demand from the oil fired Combination Boiler.

Two entrance doors serve the Cottage, one directly into the Kitchen and the other into the Living Area.

The ground floor is split giving individual areas.

The Living Area is furnished with one seater and two three seater settees, side board, coffee tables, table lamps, TV Unit, TV with Freeview, DVD player, book case and radio/DVD. A functional wood burning stove features part of this room.

The Diner Area consists of a table with six chairs, and is set adjacent to the kitchen. A large storage cupboard houses the vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board and small lockable security box.

Kitchen comprises of floor situated combination boiler, electrical cooker, fridge & freezer, dish washer, microwave and all necessary cutlery, crockery, pots pans etc. these are all housed in solid timber kitchen units with hardwood worktop.

The main bedroom is set off link corridor (Diner Area to Living Area), it comprises of double bed with bedside units, table lamps, alarm clock, and chest of drawers.

The second bedroom is also off the corridor, it comprises a bunk bed, bedside units, table lamps, alarm clock, dressing table and wardrobe.

The Shower Room is opposite the two bedrooms and is furnished with vanity style sink and toilet, shower unit with thermostatic controls.

The third bedroom (second floor via half spiral stair) has en-suite bathroom with bath (low head room) and hair rinse/body wash shower attachment, sink and wc.

The bedroom itself has a single bed and a three-quarter bed, bedside units, table lamps, alarm clock, chest of drawers and built in wardrobe.

Cowslip Cottage

Cowslip Cottage (Two bedroom 4 /6 person family cottage) is a single storey Cottage with open plan living area. The property has a full central heating system with hot water on demand from the oil fired Combination boiler.

Off the Living / Diner area is the Shower Room with vanity style sink and toilet with thermostatic controls to the shower unit.

The main bedroom is set off the Living area and comprises of double bed with bedside units, table lamps, alarm clock, wardrobe, tall boy drawer unit and dressing table and built in cupboard. A separate built-in cupboard houses the vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board and lockable security box.

The second bedroom comprises of bunk bed together with a separate three-quarter bed, bedside units, table lamps, alarm clock, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Hair dryer in both bedrooms.

Bluebell Cottage

Bluebell Cottage (Two bedroom 4 person family cottage) is a single storey Cottage with a balcony bedroom serviced by a steep narrow staircase. (stair access not suitable for old or very young people) The balcony bedroom is open too and overlooks the Living Room. The property has a full central heating system with hot water on demand from the oil fired Combination Boiler.

The Living area is furnished with two two-seater settees, book shelf, small tables, table lamps, TV Unit, TV with Freeview, DVD player and radio/DVD. The Dining Area consists of a table with four chairs. Off the Diner area is the Bathroom Room with vanity style sink and toilet with thermostatic controls to the shower unit.

Adjacent to the Shower Room is a corridor leading to the well-equipped Kitchen. The built in cupboards in the corridor give additional storage space and wardrobe space as well as one cupboard housing the vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board and lockable security box.

Kitchen comprises of wall mounted combination boiler, electrical cooker, fridge & freezer, dish washer, microwave, slow cooker, kettle, toaster and all necessary cutlery, crockery, pots pans etc. All these implements are all housed in solid timber kitchen units with hardwood worktop.

The main bedroom is set off the Living Room via a small corridor (This corridor can link Primrose Cottage if larger accommodation is required) and can be used to house a fold out bed or cot if necessary. The Bedroom comprises of double bed with bedside units, table lamps, alarm clock, wardrobe and dressing table. A hair dryer is housed in this Bedroom.

The second bedroom as mentioned previously is an open balcony bedroom overlooking the main Living Room area. It comprises of twin beds, bedside units, table lamps, alarm clock and two chests of drawers. Hair dryer in both bedrooms.

Two Shepherd’s Huts

Our two luxury shepherd huts each sleep up to 2 people in a double bed and are perfect for a romantic getaway. The living area comprises a small kitchen, breakfast bar and stools, a TV, and a wood-burning stove. The kitchen is equipped with a 2 ring electrical hob, microwave, electric cooker, kettle, fridge/freezer and toaster, plus crockery, glassware, cutlery, storage containers and cooking equipment. The shower room and WC are off the living area.

These converted stone barns & shepherd huts offer a very cosy welcome.

These recently converted stone barns afford a cosy welcome but represent the central location as being an ideal base for tourists wishing to enjoy cycling, walking, historical sites, sandy beaches, golf courses, fishing, water sports, dive charters, pubs & restaurants, Costal Path and the many attractions for the younger family.
