Camusbeag Holiday Cottage is a unique place to stay and is ideal if you are looking to discover Stromness or the Isle of Orkney. Situated on the hillside behind Stromness, the holiday cottage has magnificent views over the town and harbour and down Scapa Flow. Our self catering cottage is the perfect place to stay if you want to go and explore the cobbled lanes of Stromness or sample the excellent food and drink that is available in the local hotels & restaurants.
Inside the CottageOur cottage is ideal for 1 or 2 people sharing a double bed settee. On the ground floor is the entrance hall, toilet/shower room and the kitchen / dining area. The kitchen is designed to make the best use of space and has attractive lighting, bright units and a view of the harbour, an even better view can be enjoyed from the room upstairs. The upper level consists of the bed/sitting area with another door to the outside. The bed settee opens out to make a double bed (just over 4' wide & 6'3" long). There is a television in the room and all towels, bed linen and electricity are included in the price.
Due to the layout of Camusbeag we regret that it is not suitable for babies, young children, anyone with mobility problems or pets. We prefer to keep Camusbeag non-smoking, however, you are welcome to sit outside in the garden and enjoy the beautiful view.
