Accommodation

We are set in a glorious rural position, enjoying stunning views over Inganess Bay. Our elevated position ensures our property makes the most of the view.

A private driveway leads to a parking area to the east side of the house. The property has been beautifully furnished to a high standard and boasts oak flooring throughout. A spacious living area includes comfy seating and is a great spot for a morning coffee whilst savouring the view.

A bespoke oak kitchen is great for home cooking and includes a range of appliances to suit all your needs. You can enjoy some delicious meals around the dining table which seats 6 people. Opposite there are French doors that open onto a lovely patio area with seating, great for al fresco dining whilst admiring the view.

Three beautiful bedrooms are available: 1 king, 1 twin and 1 single that converts onto a twin. All the rooms feature a wall-mounted TV. After a busy day sightseeing you can unwind in the lavish bathroom with its double-ended whirlpool bath and separate shower. Sumptuous features include a heated tiled floor, heated steam-free mirror and feature lighting.

Outside there are two wet-lit furnished patio areas, a drying green store facility for bikes and fishing equipment etc.

The price includes electricity, heating, linen, towels, coffee, tea, toilet roll, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid and all cleaning materials. We also provide an Orkney Welcome pack including a local newspaper.

Visiting Kirkwall & Exploring Orkney

We are close to a range of great attractions, including Earls Palace, Bishops Palace and the famous St Magnus Cathedral. In Kirkwall, you can wander around the shops or even take a dip in the Kirwall Swimming Pool. Further attractions to visit further afield in include:

Ring of Brodgar.
Skara Brae Prehistoric Village.
Old Man of Hoy.
Italian Chapel.
Maes Howe.
