The Annexe is a cosy and beautifully presented one bedroomed apartment that forms part of Tilery House set on an elevated position overlooking the picturesque village of Chatton and the stunning Cheviot Hills. Our self catering apartment has been completely refurbished to a very high standard and offering guests modern day comforts in an ideal setting from which to explore this stunning area of Northumberland.
About The AnnexeThe Annexe is well equipped with a fully fitted kitchen with fridge, freezer, electric cooker, washing machine, microwave and DAB radio.
Upstairs is a double bedroom, bathroom with fantastic power shower, WC, wash hand basin, radiator and heated towel rail. The living room is also upstairs and boasts stunning views over the local village of Chatton and the beautiful Cheviot Hills.
The Annexe is centrally heated throughout and all windows have double glazing. The usage of linen, Egyptian cotton towels along with hot water, electricity and heating are all included in price.
There is private on site parking and outside south facing seating area with barbeque – perfect for al fresco dining and watching the sunset over the hills.
Local AreaFor those visitors looking for relaxation, why not spend time relaxing in the living room watching the large variety of wildlife that visits the garden. Alternatively, for the more energetic, there are many walking and cycling routes on the doorstep, fishing at the nearby lake, tennis in Wooler or golf at the many local golf courses, all within 10minutes from our accommodation or in the National Park which is just a 5 minute drive away.
The Northumberland National Park providing vast areas for walking and cycling (bikes available from Tilery House free of charge) and visitors can enjoy miles of unspoilt golden beaches along the Northumbrian Coast.
The local village of Chatton is just a short walk and boasts post office, shop, church and the newly refurbished local pub, The Percy Arms.
