Proctor's Stead Holiday Cottages offers superb self catering accommodation located in Dunstan near Alnwick, Northumberland. The holiday cottages are a few miles from the sea. They enjoy beautiful sea views making and are ideal for family holidays.

Accommodation

Dunstanburgh View sleeps up to four people in two bedrooms one with two single beds and one with a double bed. There is also a room leading off the sitting room, which can be used as a study. It is also perfect for children and includes a Playstation/X-box/DVDs. A cot and high chair are available. There is car parking for two or three cars.

Seascape sleeps up to six people and has three double bedrooms one with twin beds and each with wardrobes. There is a toilet downstairs together with a sun porch and the kitchen has a dishwasher. A cot and high chair are available and there is a garage attached to the holiday cottage. There is ample car parking.

Both of the holiday cottages have a kitchen dining room that is fully equipped with. For Dustanburgh View, we have redesigned the kitchen layout and added beautiful tiles to complete the look. Facilities in both properties include:

The comfortable sitting rooms have fitted carpets, seating for six people and Freeview television with a DVD player. A BT hub provides your Wi-Fi & internet access. The well appointed bathrooms have modern white suites with a shower.

Both self catering cottages are double glazed and have gas central heating with a log burner in each sitting room.

We now provide lovely Christy bath sheets and hand towels for your use, so hopefully that will leave more space in your suitcase! A generous welcome pack on arrival includes wine, homemade marmalade, homemade shortbread and a few basics (semi skimmed milk, eggs etc).

Visiting Dunstan & Exploring Northumberland

Proctor's Stead Holiday Cottages are ideally situated as a base for your holiday, whether it is for a week or just a couple of days.

To the south is situated Alnmouth and Warkworth and to the north you can find Newton, Beadnell, Seahouses, Bamburgh, Lindisfarne (Holy Island) and Berwick upon Tweed; inland you can visit Alnwick, Rothbury and Wooler.

The local area also boasts a range of activities including walking, cycling, fishing, golf, horse riding and much more.
