Summary

Sealview is a harbour side apartment which overlooks Whitby's picturesque marina and historic fishing port beneath the Abbey. The waterfront development is on the former shipyard on the banks of the River Esk and offers outstanding views, including glimpses of the occasional seal. Further afield you can visit lots of excellent attractions in North Yorkshire.

Accommodation

The third floor apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable holiday. The apartment sleeps up to 4 people plus 1 on a sofa or trundle bed in second bedroom. Our accommodation consists of:

Fitted kitchen/dining/lounge (single sofa bed) with river and harbour views. Fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, combination microwave, electric oven/hob, extractor, toaster, iron, Smart LED TV, DVD player, various choice of DVD's and CD/ radio player.
Bedroom one with king size bed, bedside cabinets, wardrobes and dressing table/chair offering views over the upper harbour.
Bedroom two with two single beds (third single trundle guest bed available), bedside cabinet, wardrobes and dressing table with chair.
Pillows and duvets are provided, but we ask guests to provide their own bed linen and personal towels (bed linen is available on request at an additional cost). Overseas guests/guests travelling on public transport please ask about bedding/towels.
Entrance hall with storage cupboard.
Bathroom - WC, bath with electric shower over, hand basin, Bluetooth LED mirror with shaver socket and demister touch, heated towel rail and storage cabinet.
Controllable electric heating.
Wi-Fi.

Visiting Whitby & Exploring North Yorkshire

Whitby offers miles of sandy beaches, fishing trips from the harbour and many specialists' shops filled with crafts, antiques, artist's shops, maritime memorabilia and handmade local jet jewellery. The town has two sides which is divided by the River Esk.

For food connoisseurs, Whitby has it all to suit varying tastes - award-winning seafood restaurants, continental delights, olde worlde English tea rooms and traditional sea-shanty inns / pubs serving local produce. For those dining at home there are supermarkets and many local shops around the area. The main Post Office in Whitby is inside the Co-op on Langborne Road. A taxi rank is situated adjacent to the Tourist Information Centre. The bus and train station are only a short distance away. Further attractions to visit include:

Change over day is Saturday in high season but this is flexible where possible at other times.
