The Sandcastle Apartment is a self catering holiday home sleeping 5 people, located in the coastal town of Scarborough in North Yorkshire. Our holiday home has sea views and can be found on the picturesque North Bay, which is a Blue Flag beach.

About The Sandcastle Apartment

Our south-facing holiday apartment is clean and well maintained. There is a light and spacious open plan living space with a comfortable lounge area, breakfast dining bar, table and chairs and a fully fitted kitchen that includes everything you may need during your stay. The lounge has a black leather corner suite, TV and a PlayStation 2. A selection of board games and DVDs are available.

There are 2 bedrooms in our holiday apartment. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with en suite facilities and the 2nd bedroom can sleep 3 people on a double and a bunk bed. The bunk bed is suitable for children over 6 and the double bed is underneath the bunk. A family bathroom is also available and has been beautifully finished. There is a large bath and an overhead shower.

Guests have access to their own private gym, which is available to residents only. The built-in sound system allows you to plug in your mp3 player to listen to your music while working out in the gym and looking out to sea.

Visiting Scarborough & Exploring North Yorkshire

Scarborough is ideal for all the family with a variety of activities available for people of all ages. Peasholme Park is a 2-minute walk away with a beautiful boating lake, mini-golf and through the summer, you can enjoy music concerts in the park pavilion. The miniature railway is just around the corner and has a newly refurbished café/bistro; The Glass House. This is also where the open-air theatre is located. The North Bay is also home to The Sealife Centre, where you will find Yorkshire's Seal Rescue Centre.
