Avocet Cottages offers superb self catering accommodation in the charming village of Snettisham. The pebble beach with an RSPB reserve for birdwatching is only a 10-minute drive away and further afield you can visit lots of brilliant attractions in Norfolk.

Accommodation

Our delightful 3 bedroom cottage has been recently built in traditional carrstone to offer luxurious accommodation. The cottage comes with a range of excellent facilities to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

A large sitting room is perfect for unwinding in after a day sightseeing. The sitting room has 2 comfy sofas, a fireplace with pebble effect electric fire, occasional tables and stairs off the first floor. A well-equipped kitchen comes with a range of appliances to suit all your needs: gas hob, electric fan double oven, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster. A large dining table seats 6 and is the perfect place for savouring some home-cooked delights. French doors open onto an enclosed private patio/garden area, a lovely place for a spot of al fresco dining in the afternoon sun.

The main bedroom has an en suite shower room with a power shower and a large double shower cubicle. A second bedroom has twin beds and the third bedroom has a single bedroom. The spacious family bathroom has a power shower over the bath.

Outside there is a summer house with secure storage for cycles.

Visiting Snettisham & Exploring Norfolk

The quaint village of Snettisham has a newsagent/general store, fish and chip shop, factory shop, garden centre, arts and craft centre, factory shop and 2 pubs. There is also a fantastic bistro and a range of small shops. Hunstanton and Royal Sandringham are 3 miles away and home to a variety of attractions. The gorgeous beaches of Holkham, Brancaster and Holme are nearby, as well as the coastal resorts of Wells, Sheringham and Cromer. Further attractions to visit include:
