Broads Escapes in Potter Heigham, Great Yarmouth in Norfolk, offers magnificent self catering accommodation. Overlooking Broads Haven Marina, we are ideal for a relaxing and peaceful break away.

All of our cottages are comfortably furnished and come fully equipped so that you can create a home away from home and enjoy the freedom of having your own place to relax and reconnect with family, friends and loved ones.

Coot Cottage

The beautiful wooden cottage sleeps up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms: an en suite master bedroom which enjoys marina views and a super king size bed. The second bedroom has twin beds and access to the family bathroom. The spacious open living/dining area has 2 comfy sofas, TV/DVD player and an elegant dining table. There is direct access via the French doors to your own private deck with table and chairs.

There is a separate kitchen which is fully equipped and outside you will find a mooring for one boat and a secure storage unit (padlock required) which may be used for storing bikes or fishing tackle.

Kingfisher Cottage

The lovely holiday home is spacious and sleeps up to 6 guests in a king sized double bedroom and en suite shower room, 2 twin bedrooms and a large family bathroom with bath/shower. The spacious living/dining room is the perfect place to relax and a comfortable sofas, TV/DVD and dining table. French doors open out on to a private deck with table and chairs overlooking the marina. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a range of excellent appliances including a dishwasher.

Swift Cottage

Our magnificent holiday home overlooks the water within Broads Haven Marina. The large private deck has a table and chairs and can be accessed directly from the living room. There is a spacious open plan living/dining area with comfy sofa, a dining table and TV/DVD player.

The bedrooms include 1 en suite master bedroom with king sized bed and a further two bedrooms each with twin single beds. There is a large family bathroom with shower over bath and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Directly outside the property you will find parking for two cars and mooring space for one boat.
