Summary

Admirals Hill was built in the 1960's as a no-fuss holiday home. It lies within the village of Blakeney and adjacent to the coastal path in a large garden with off road parking. It is one of the best positioned houses in Blakeney. The house is light and airy and has a large live-in kitchen and three bedrooms. A summerhouse provides extra accommodation. The upstairs sitting room has large windows and balcony to provide a panoramic view of the whole of Blakeney Point.

Three sleeper bunk bedroom (4'6 under 3' over).

he first floor living room and balcony has glorious over the garden, saltmarshes, estuary and Blakeney Point.

Bathroom with separate shower and bath.

Travel Cot available on request.
The wooden high chair for larger toddlers but not suitable for babies.




THE SUMMERHOUSE

The south facing summerhouse sleeps an extra 2 people and is not included in the price.
Twin beds, heating, hot and cold water and a WC.
Table tennis and croquet sets are available.
Bed linen is provided. But guests are asked to bring their own towels.
Friday to Friday lets. During the winter, from November to March, more flexibility is given, as the house is available for short let's.

Outside and garden

The garden is approx. 1/3 acre, lawn and orchard.
Ample Parking for 4 -6 cars is within the grounds.

Surrounding area

Admirals Hill is situated adjacent to the Coastal path along which it is a short road-free walk to the Quay.
Ideal for walkers, birdwatchers, cyclists, runners, golfers and children (crab nets and lines included).
Blakeney has an excellent selection of pubs, restaurants, Fishshops, Supermarket, Deli, gift shops and galleries.
Holt, Holkham and Burnham Market are within easy reach.
The renowned Morston Hall Restaurant and the Wiveton Cafe are within a mile.
Easy access to NH Blakeney Point and RSPB Cley bird reserves.
Golf at Sheringham, West Runton, Cromer and Brancaster.
Sailing from Blakeney and Morston. Good RYA sailing school.
Stately Homes at Blickling, Houghton, Holkham, Felbrigg and Mannington all in easy reach.
