Apple Trees is a delightful detached bungalow offering self catering accommodation in Holt, Norfolk. The bungalow has been beautifully renovated to a very high standard. The decor is tastefully coordinated giving a restful and stylish feel.

Accommodation

Our charming cottage sleeps 4 people, plus 2 on a sofa bed. The cottage comes with a range of facilities to suit all your needs

There is a double bedroom with a king-size bed and an adjoining en suite shower room. There is also a spacious twin room adjacent to the family bathroom.

The kitchen is large and offers everything you will need for a self catering holiday. The large bright and airy lounge/diner is spacious and offer comfortable seating. The lounge is south facing with patio doors opening onto the garden. Excellent facilities include a 43’’ 4K smart TV with Netflix, DVD player and CD player.

The garden contains some fruit trees, plus a patio area complete with BBQ and garden furniture. A great spot for an afternoon coffee while catching the sun.

Visiting Holt & Exploring Norfolk

Apple Trees is situated in a very quiet residential cul-de-sac. The south-facing enclosed garden has a completely open aspect overlooking Holt Country Park. Not surprisingly the garden contains some fruit trees plus a patio area complete with BBQ and garden furniture. Holt is a fascinating Georgian town, wonderful for shopping and browsing its art and craft galleries, specialty food shops and its very own independent department store. Many lovely cafes, restaurants and pubs where you can enjoy a break and ‘people watch’.

Within easy reach are Blakeney, Cley and Wells which are a paradise for birds and wildlife. Cromer, Sheringham and Hunstanton are traditional seaside resorts. Burnham Market, known as ‘Chelsea on Sea’ and Sandringham, the Queens summer residence.

Rates: From £600 to £1200 per week depending on season.
Maximum of 4 People plus 2 on a sofa bed.
Children are welcome.
Pets are allowed by arrangement.
Ground floor room suitable for people with limited mobility.
Off street parking.
