The Coach House is a lovely holiday cottage that has the versatility of sleeping either 2, 4 or 6 people situated in Grimblethorpe Hall near Louth in Lincolnshire.
AccommodationThe Coach House is set out on two floors but the ground floor alone caters for just two. If wishing to sleep either four or six then the first floor has a second bathroom, twin bedded room and double room.
The holiday cottage has been furnished with high quality furniture, fittings and decor with all the latest appliances.
The lounge which has been decorated and furnished to the highest of standards is carpeted. There are many of the original English oak beams throughout the cottage which give it real character, and the lounge has the original fireplace (not open).
For your entertainment, we have a television, radio, CD player and DVD player.
The kitchen has been fully fitted with a microwave oven, electric cooker and hob, fridge, freezer and dishwasher.
The dining area has a traditional dining suite seating for up to six people.
The self catering cottage is fully centrally heated and all electric used is included in the renting fee. All bed linen, tea towels and bathroom towels are provided.
The bedroom on the ground floor has a large king size bed with fitted wardrobes and dressing table.
The downstairs bathroom has a walk in shower, basin and toilet.
Upstairs, there is a twin bedroom and a large double room, both with wardrobes and dressing tables. The bathroom upstairs has a bath, walk in shower, basin and toilet.
Outside is a private garden which overlooks the grassland and fields around. The paved patio comes complete with patio furniture.
Visiting Grimblethorpe Hall & Exploring LincolnshireLouth, a charming Wolds market town lies just six miles from Grimblethorpe. The town is watched over by the breath-taking church of St Jamesís with its spire soaring to a height of 295 feet, the tallest parish church in the country. This unspoilt town has many connections with historical events, such as the Lincolnshire Uprising, and with those who have made history including Alfred, Lord Tennyson, famous Poet Laureate and Captain John Smith whose life was saved by the Indian Princess Pocahontas.
