Grange Farm park offers a wide range of accommodation choices from our beautiful self catering cottages, 6 charming static caravans and our brand new luxury lodge.
About Grange Farm Cottages
The CourtyardThe Courtyard is a group of 4 unique cottages all with French doors leading onto a private sun trapped courtyard where guests can enjoy relaxing on benches and hammocks. The courtyard is also the location for the laundry room, housing industrial size washers and dryer for use by all guests.
Lake View CottagesLake View Cottages, as the name suggests overlook the tranquil lakes and children’s play area. They are a pair of semi detached cottages, which have an open plan living area, and ground floor cloak room. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, a double room with en suite shower room and a twin room with en suite bathroom.
Granary & Yew Tree CottageGranary & Yew Tree Cottage are a pair of delightful 2 bedroomed barn conversions. These traditional barn conversion come with full central heating and all rooms are spacious and well lit and like the other cottages, guests are welcome to use our two well stocked fishing lakes.
CaravansThe caravans are sited on very spacious pitches with plenty of room for parking and are easily accessible. There are two choices available either a 6 or 4 berth and the caravans are a great dog friendly option as there is also a dog exercise area, adjacent to the caravans and around the bank behind the second lake and Courtyard Cottages.
Badgers DenBadgers Den is our brand new, 5 star luxury lodge that sleeps up to 4 and provides a quiet tranquil haven in modern comfort and style. The large open plan living area is very spacious and fitted and finished to the highest specification, from built in Bosch fridge/ freezer, dishwasher and oven to the Krups Nespresso coffee machine and designer crockery. There are 2 bedrooms at the lodge; both with en suite shower rooms with rain forest shower and underfloor heating and one room has a bath. There is a large deck to the front of the lodge which can be accessed by both bedrooms and the living area and overlooks the scenic grounds and tranquil fishing lakes. Badgers Den has a hot tub. Sorry, but we regret that no pets are accepted in Badgers Den and it is only suitable for children aged 12 years or over.
Local AreaThe area around Maltby-Le-Marsh is full of fun and interesting places to visit. Nearby are the market towns of Alford, with its five sail windmill, and Louth, with its famous church, market and nearby Hubbard Hills. Enjoy the Mablethorpe beaches and animal gardens, golf at the numerous local golf courses, Cadwell Park racing circuit, the aviation centre at East Kirkby and the antique centres at Horncastle. In Autumn you can even see seals with their pups on the coast. The historic city of Lincoln has a castle and cathedral and is a forty minute drive away or why not simply enjoy walking in the unspoilt beauty of the Wolds.

Children welcome by arrangement.
Pets welcome (1 x large or 2 x small dogs) by arrangement at additional charge of £5 per dog per night or £30 for long stay. Please note - dogs are not allowed in Badgers Den which is not suitable for either children or pets.
