This magnificent property is full of character, perfect for a relaxing break in a gorgeous setting. The greatest care and attention has been paid to every aspect of this property, ensuring it is full of charm & character. All of the rooms are of a 5-star standard, making them perfect for business or leisure bookings. In addition to this, Skendleby Hall is a great venue for private functions such as house parties, and weddings.

The drawing room has a large period fireplace and retains the original coving, which is carved with Masonic emblems. Three large comfy sofas and elegant window seats make this an ideal room for your champagne reception. This music room has beautiful views and has a Yamaha grand piano which is available for your use. Unwind in the library which has window seats and working shutters. It has a wide selection of books, games and 2 cards table.

A large and attractive TV room has a 55’’ flat screen TV, karaoke player, DVD player and Sky HD plus. The Billiards Room contains a professional full-size billiards table with light above. This is fully equipped with everything required to play snooker including a scoreboard. A games room is perfect for all, offering table tennis, table football, air hockey and a pool table. Additionally, there is a children’s play room with lots of toys for children under 7.

The mansion has plenty of space to cook up a storm and to entertain. The main kitchen has an extensive range of National Trust Heritage Farrow and Ball painted units, granite worktops, twin butler sinks, twin gas hobs, double electric ovens, 2 dishwashers, fridges and freezers. It is fully equipped for 28 people. A second kitchen is fully fitted with American oak units, a sink, gas hob, an electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. Savour some delicious food in the dining room which seats 28 people and has a wine fridge.

Bedroom 4: Sleeps up to 3 people in three single beds, one in an adjoining room. This room has en suite facilities with a shower.
Bedroom 5: Romantic room with a four-poster king-size bed.
Bedroom 6: King size bed with en suite shower room.
Bedroom 7: King-size room with disabled access bathroom facilities.
Bedroom 8: King-size room with en suite shower & bath facilities.
Bedroom 9: Sleeping 2 people in 3 single beds.
Bedroom 10: Sleeps 3 people in 3 single beds with en suite shower facilities.
Bedroom 11: Twin room with en suite bathroom (with shower over the bath).
Bedroom 12: Double room with en suite shower facilities.
Bedroom 13: King-size room with en suite bathroom.

After a long day exploring the area, you can relax in our hot tub and sauna or use the steam shower. We have outstanding gardens to enjoy, including 5 a side football, a pirate ship, tyre swing, 14ft trampoline, woodlands and sun loungers. A patio with picnic benches and a BBQ area are great for alfresco dining whilst admiring the spectacular views.

Skendleby Hall nestles in the southern part of the undulating Lincolnshire Wolds. Within the village of Skendleby and only 300 yards from the Hall you will find your local pub "The Blacksmiths Arms". Recently new owners have acquired the pub and have now completed extensive upgrading and refurbishment to create what is undoubtedly one of the best pubs in Lincolnshire with stunning views over the Wolds. The mansion is a comfortable drive from many places of interest, including:
