About The Apartments

We have one and two bedroom flats available.

We have three different one bedroom units. Unit 14 is on the first floor and Unit 5 on the second floor. They are comfortable and have full size cookers. Unit 14 bedroom has a double bed and Unit 5 has a family room with a double and single bed. Unit 11 is a ground floor one bedroom unit with a double bed in the small bedroom and a small lounge.

There are five 2 bedroom units (Units 3, 6, 10, 17, 18). All the 2 bedroom units can sleep a maximum of 3 adults and one child. Each has a well equipped galley style kitchen with full size cooker, microwave and much more. Lounge areas have comfortable modern real leather seating and full size TV. Most 2 bedroom units have a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. Units 6 and 18 have 2 toilets. Unit 3 has a nice bathroom but it is en suite to the master bedroom.

Dogs are welcome and we have charging facilities for those with mobility scooters.

Visiting Skegness and Exploring Lincolnshire

Skegness is a popular seaside town and has been receiving visitors for many years. The town is packed with things to do that all ages can enjoy. During your stay you can

Walk along the seafront.
Play ten pin bowling.
Go Karting.
Visit funfairs.
Play crazy golf.
Walk the Compass Gardens.
Spend time on the Blue Flag beach.
Simply sit in and relax with a coffee and watch the world go by.
When the sun starts to set there is still plenty to see and do in Skegness. The Embassy Theatre hosts some fantastic shows; you can take a trip to the cinema, enjoy a dink in one of the trendy bars or dine out with your loved ones in one of Skegness’ fine restaurants.

Lincolnshire has many attractions, so no matter the weather there is always something to fill your day. Some wonderful days out include:

Lincolnshire Wildlife Park.
Gunby Estate Hall and Gardens.
Natureland.
Skegness Aquarium.
The Fairy Dell.
