Church Farm is a large 4 bedroomed Victorian farmhouse, sleeping 8 guests. The detached house stands in its own large, private garden with ample parking. The house is less than 2 miles from the quiet, sandy beach at Anderby Creek, whilst the traditional seaside resorts of Sutton on Sea and Chapel St Leonards are close by.
AccommodationOn the ground floor there is a large, open plan kitchen/ dining room which is well equipped with an electric range cooker, dishwasher, wine cooler, fridge freezer and microwave. A Utility room comes with a washing machine, pantry with additional cupboard storage and a cloakroom. This room lead off from the Kitchen.
A log burner is situated within the large lounge which comes with Freeview TV and a DVD player. The garden room comes with two comfy sofas. This is a perfect place to relax and enjoy in the afternoon or on a sunny evening.
Four bedrooms make up the sleeping accommodation on the first floor. There is one double bedded room and two twin bedded rooms . The fourth bedroom is smaller and contains bunk beds. A bathroom and a shower room are both situated on the first floor. Externally there is a large private garden, patio and BBQ area.
Car parking for several cars and garaging for 2 cars.

This unspoilt stretch of coast, lined with sand dunes, is perfect for a day by the sea, for paddling, building sandcastles, flying kites or cloud watching in the quirky ‘Cloud Bar’. The house is located within the heart of Lincolnshire’s Coastal Country Park, with its ancient grazing meadows and nature reserves and offers a natural base for walkers, bird watchers and cyclists to explore the wildlife and wild places of this coastline.
