Marsh Farm Hall offers stunning self catering accommodation in Great Eccleston near Preston. Our two cottages in Lancashire are perfect for an unforgettable countryside retreat.

The West Cottage

This charming 5 bedroom cottage sleeps up to 11 people and is perfect for large groups looking for somewhere special to stay. The open plan living/dining/kitchen area will suit all your needs. The living area has comfy seating and there is a large dining table. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a range of excellent appliances: cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Downstairs there is double en suite bedroom, twin room and shower room. Outside is a lovey patio area with furniture. An ideal place for a spot of al fresco dining.

Upstairs there are three further bedrooms: a double en suite room, family room with a double bed and single bed and a twin room. On this floor there is also a bathroom with a WC, bath and separate shower. A separate WC is also available.

East Cottage

Our wonderful 3 bed cottage sleeps up to 6 people. Downstairs is a delightful open plan kitchen/dining/living area. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The living area has plenty of seating and the dining table seats up to six people. Outside is a peaceful patio area with furniture. A downstairs double en suite bedroom is available. Upstairs are two twin rooms and a separate bathroom.

Visiting Great Eccleston & Exploring Lancashire

Great Eccleston has local markets, independent shops, traditional pubs and renowned restaurants. Further afield your can explore Preston. You wander through Avenham & Miller Parks and Winckley Square to get a taste of the city centre’s green spaces and wildlife habitats. The Harris Museum and Art Gallery is a family friendly museum with loads of hands on activities to get stuck into at whatever time of day you visit. Moor Park is perfect for a leisurely stroll with all the family. A number of excellent attractions are worth visiting while staying with us:
