The living area has a 40’’ flat screen TV and DVD player. The bedroom has 2 three foot single divan beds and a 19’’ flat screen TV and DVD player. There is a separate shower room.

Apartment 2

The spacious ground floor studio apartment comes with 2 three foot single divan beds and a fully fitted kitchen. The living area includes a 40’’ flat screen TV and DVD player. There is a separate shower room and en suite toilet.

Apartment 3

The large first floor studio apartment has 2 three foot single divan beds and a fully fitted kitchen. The living area includes a 40” flat screen TV and DVD player. There is a separate shower room & toilet en suite.

Apartment 4

This spacious apartment on the first floor comes with far reaching views overlooking the sea. There is an open plan kitchen/lounge. The lounge comes with a three piece suite, 40” flat screen TV and DVD player. There is also a double divan bed. The apartment has a separate bedroom with two single divan beds and a flat screen 19" TV with built in DVD player. There’s a separate shower room.

Apartment 5

The penthouse apartment is on the second floor and enjoys stunning views of the sea. This apartment is spacious and comes with an open L shaped plan kitchen/lounge with double divan bed. There are luxurious reclining leather sofas & two reclining swivel leather chairs, 40” flat screen TV with freeview channels and DVD player. There is a separate bedroom which has two three foot single divan beds and a 19" flat screen TV with DVD player & freeview channels. There is a separate shower room.

Apartment 6

The spacious self contained 2 bed ground floor apartment has its own private entrance and yard area. Bedroom 1 has a double divan bed and 19" flat screen TV with built in DVD player. The second bedroom has 2 single divan beds. There is a fully fitted kitchen with dining facilities & a comfortable lounge with two 2 seater leather sofas & one armchair, 40" flat screen TV with DVD & freeview channels. There is a separate shower room.

Local Area

Cleveleys is a lovely seaside town with a spectacular new promenade that stretches along the renowned sandy beaches. The bustling main street is lined with inviting cafes and where you can sit and enjoy a coffee or if you prefer simply grab an ice cream and sit on the promenade and watch the world go by. M&S Food, Tesco, Argos, Boots, Costa and many others including local shops offering very competitive prices are all within a few minutes’ walk from the Garlands.

By bus or tram you have easy access to Blackpool’s famous attractions and excellent shopping at Freeport in Fleetwood. For those who’d like to venture further afield Cleveleys is ideally positioned for daily excursions to the Fylde countryside and the Lake District.
