We are only 15 minutes from the sandy beaches of Camber for fun or an energetic walk. Rye and Tenterden have antique shops, art galleries, museums, restaurants and country pubs, the nearest being only 8 mins away for good food.

As we are on the borders of Kent and Sussex there is easy access to National Trust properties and famous gardens like Sissinghurst and Great Dixter, with castles, Canterbury, Battle Abbey (1066) and steam trains in either direction.

From the living area, there are doors to an extensive patio, providing a place to relax and dine al fresco. In addition to this, there is a large garden where children can play.

This cosy cottage is ideal for families or couples or anyone a little disabled as again it is well appointed and has panoramic views for miles.
