This is a comfortable and spacious detached bungalow on a corner plot, close to the town centre, restaurants, cliff-top gardens, beach and harbour, but just far enough away to be quiet and peaceful.
There is a large parking space with plenty of room for 2 cars and a nice garden and terrace area.
There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, and the other with 2 singles, large light sitting room with dining area, well equipped kitchen (refitted in 2015), walk-in shower and separate WC. There is also a large conservatory leading off the kitchen, with views to the sea, and giving access to an enclosed area of the garden and the sun terrace.
We look after the house personally, and do our very best to make it welcoming as well as spotlessly clean.
Central heating and good insulation means that the house is comfortable and warm for an off- season break, and we are happy to accept bookings of 2 or more nights from November to Easter.
Facilities include telephone and free internet access, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dish-washer and microwave, as well as all the obvious things.
Bed linen and towels are included in the rent, and gas and electricity is included in the summer months, and included up to a limit in winter.
There are lovely sandy beaches round this stretch of coast, and lots of easily accessible cliff and coastal walks. We are also well situated for trips across the Channel and around Kentís beautiful countryside. Canterbury is nearby, and also the interesting old towns of Sandwich, Whitstable and Faversham, as well as the Castles at Deal, Walmer and Dover.
Smoking is strictly not allowed in house or garden, and pets are not accepted.
Rates are £360 to £720 per week depending on season.
