Our three cottages have been tastefully renovated from a brick-built barn to offer modern accommodation. All the cottages are tastefully furnished and well-equipped to a high standard.

The spacious open plan cottages come with top-class fittings and living areas with exposed beams. French doors open onto the landscaped gardens and patio area, perfect for a BBQ in the afternoon sun. Each cottage also has its own parking bay.

The cottage comes with 1 double en suite, 1 twin and a sofa bed. A shower room comes with a WC. The living area comes with Freeview TV and a DVD player, whilst a well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge freezer, microwave, cooker and hob.

The living area has Freeview TV and a DVD player, whilst a well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge freezer, microwave, cooker and hob.

We are based in a peaceful rural location, yet only 8 miles from Rochester. We also make a great base for visiting the historic Medway towns or getting a train into London. The local area has lots of walking and cycling routes, offering the perfect way to admire the beautiful natural landscape. Attractions to visit include:
