St Catherine’s Suite is entirely self contained within the Old Rectory, with its own entrance door leading into a well appointed kitchen with a washing machine, dish washer, fridge freezer, microwave and full sized cooker. Also on the ground floor is a large dining room. There is a very spacious sitting room with an open log fire, TV and DVD player. This room is at the rear of the building with delightful views into a typical old rectory garden. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with views on to the near by downs. The master bedroom, with en suite shower room, has a king sized bed and a single bed in a dressing room area off the main bedroom. The second bedroom has twin beds and an en suite with a bath and shower.

Seascape

The Seascape Rooms also has its own entrance and consists of three large rooms on the first floor of the Old Rectory. They are within the main house and are not a separate unit, but open off a large galleried landing which is used in common with us. The kitchen has lovely country views across St. Catherine's Down. It is fitted with, a split-level cooker (electric), a microwave and a fridge freezer. It is well appointed and opens on to its own large balcony. The sitting room and bedroom are both at the back of the house and so are very quiet and peaceful. The sitting room is comfortably furnished with mainly antique furniture and a large Persian carpet. It has a television, a DVD and a wood-burning stove. The bedroom has an en suite shower room and is also furnished in period style with a king size plus a single bed. There are wonderful views and breath taking sunsets over the sea from the balcony, sitting room and bedroom.

Guests are most welcome to make full use of the garden where they can enjoy short tennis, croquet and use of the barbecue, or just relax with a glass of wine as the sun goes down.
