Keeper's Cottage is in a beautiful part of Scotland and the perfect base for those who want to tour the Isle of Skye. Our cosy cottage can sleep up to 4 people and is just a short drive from Portree at Skeabost Bridge.
About Keeper’s CottageWe want guests to feel right at home from the moment they arrive, so we have ensured that our cottage is comfortable and feels homely. It is equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable self catering break:
Lounge with a pair of comfortable, two-seater settees.
TV & DVD player.
Character kitchen with modern appliances.
Entrance hall and lobby – an ideal place to store any muddy boots.
Master bedroom with double bed and loch views.
Outside is an enclosed sitting area, providing guests with a place to enjoy their morning brew or something stronger at the end of the day, after exploring the local area.
Directions to the property: From the Skye Bridge take the A87 road to Portree. Continue along the A87 in the direction of Uig and Dunvegan. Then turn left on to the A850 Dunvegan road for about 2 miles. After you have passed signs for the River Snizort and the Skeabost Country House Hotel you will see a sign pointing left along a minor road to Glenbernisdale. Turn left into this road and then sharp right into the parking spaces to the right of Keeper’s Cottage – which is the first house on the right hand side of the road. If coming from the Outer Isles on arrival at Uig take the road south signposted Portree. After 11.6 miles, you will see the A850 Dunvegan road on your right. Then follow the directions above.
