Riverside Cottage 1

Our charming cottage is beautifully furnished and comes with an open plan kitchen/dining area with patio doors which open onto the garden. The kitchen is well equipped and comes with a fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave and a utility room has a washing, drying and ironing facilities. You can unwind the living area which is wonderfully decorated with Jolomo paintings and the wood burner will keep you toasty in the winter months. Facilities include Sky TV and a DVD player. Bedrooms consist of a king, twin and bunk room. There is a family bathroom with an electric power shower over the bath and an additional WC.

Riverside Cottage 2

This superb property sleeps up to 4 people in a king and twin room. There is a family bathroom with an electric power shower over the bath and an additional WC. The open plan kitchen/dining area has patio doors which lead to the garden and the living room comes with the same facilities at Riverside Cottage 1.

Bridge Cottage

Our 19th Century stone built property is located between the hills and the River Ba. The cottage comes with Sky freesat, a DVD player and a wood burning stove in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and bedrooms consist of a double and twin room. The family bathroom offers an electric power shower over the bath.

Drive Cottage

Nestled between Loch na Keal and Loch Ba, this lovely property sleeps up to two people in a king sing size en suite room. The living area is a great place to unwind in and comes with a wood burner, sofas and a TV with Sky freesat. A bespoke kitchen has a fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave. This leads to a bright conservatory with a dining table where you can savour the glorious vista.

Wee House

Close to the upper reaches of the River Ba, this property is perfect for a romantic break away. A double bedroom comes with a shower room and the living area has a leather sofa, TV with freesat and wood burning stove. The adjoining kitchen is well equipped and French doors from the living area open onto a delightful patio area.

Knock Cottage

This tastefully restored 19th Century traditional stone build cottage sleeps up to 2 people in a king room. The open living/kitchen area will suit all your needs. The living area has a Sky freesat TV, a DVD player and wood burner. The kitchen is well equipped with a range of excellent appliances.

Onsite we have a tennis court and you can enjoy a range of walks whilst admiring the breathtaking scenery.

Visiting Gruline & Exploring the Isle of Mull

The island has some of Scotland’s most precious bird and insect life. Tobermory, the island’s main town, is famous for seafront properties with their lolly pop colours. Here you will also find superb hotels and excellent restaurants. To the north west is the wonderful Calgary Bay, home to one of the island’s most famous beaches. Back on Mull and into the centre, you’ll find Loch na Keal, with unforgettable views of an island studded sea.
