Kincardine Cottage offers fabulous self catering accommodation just a few yards from the heart of Brodick. We are ideal for an unforgettable holiday on the Isle of Arran.

Accommodation

This bright and airy cottage sleeps up to 4 people and boasts stunning views across the beach and bay to Brodick Castle, Goatfell and the mountain ridge. Outside there is an enclosed garden with seating and a BBQ for al fresco dining.

Our cosy cottage comes with a lovely lounge that has large windows which take advantage of the glorious view. Watch your favourite show in front of the large flat-screen TV, whilst a DVD player and Bluetooth speaker are also provided. The fully-equipped kitchen has a microwave, fridge with icebox, washing machine/dryer, cooker, filter coffee maker, blender and all the usual utensils.

Two beautiful twin rooms are available. A modern tiled bathroom comes with a bath and shower. All bed linen and towels are included.

Visiting Brodick & Exploring the Isle of Arran

We are in a fantastic position, just a 5-minute walk to the beach, a putting green, tennis court, golf course, restaurants, pubs, bakery, supermarket, shops and library. A gorgeous woodland walk to Lamlash is close by and we are only an 8-minute walk to the ferry. Only 10 minutes away is Auchrannie Resort which has swimming pools and indoor sports facilities. Excellent facilities include:
