Summary

Swallow Brae provides superb self catering accommodation on the outskirts of Whiting Bay. We are set in a scenic and tranquil location, with lots of beautiful fields surrounding the area. The cottage is a short stroll to a range of amenities and the perfect base for exploring the Isle of Arran.

Accommodation

Our property has been tastefully renovated from a stable to offer comfortable and relaxing accommodation. The cottage sleeps up to 3 people and benefits from featuring a range of brand-new furniture and appliances.

A new kitchen comes with a variety of appliances to suit all your needs including a washing machine. The spacious and cosy lounge has Freeview TV and enjoys splendid views over the private courtyard.

Two beautiful bedrooms are available: a double and twin room. Both rooms share a downstairs bathroom with a power shower. All bed linen including quilts and towels are provided.

Outside there is a courtyard/garden area with seating and BBQ. A lovely spot for breakfast or al fresco dining in the early evening sun.

Visiting Whiting Bay & Exploring the Isle of Arran

We are only a 10-minute walk from the local stores, newsagent, post office, chemist, gorgeous beaches, cafes and pubs. The golf course is 5 minutes away and offers amazing views over the Firth of Clyde. The area has lots of wonderful forest walks, with routes through the woods of Glenashdale Falls one of the most renowned. You can also visit the historic tombs at Giants’ Grave and admire the breathtaking coastal views. Further attractions to visit include:
