Mansefield offers charming self catering accommodation on the edge of Kinlochewe village. We are based in a spectacular setting in the Scottish Highlands, perfect for a magical getaway. Our cottage is a few minutes walk from the Beinn Eighe Nature Reserve and the perfect base for exploring the local area.
AccommodationWe are based in a truly glorious location, a haven for nature lovers looking for relaxation and tranquillity. The cottage is tastefully furnished and is all on one floor.
The spacious living room is elegantly furnished and includes a TV/DVD player, CD player and comfortable seating. This is a lovely space for an afternoon coffee after a day in the countryside. The large fully equipped kitchen/diner includes a double electric oven, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave.
Two tastefully furnished bedrooms are available: 1 double and 1 twin. Both rooms share a luxury bathroom with a bath and separate shower.
Outside there is garden furniture for al fresco dining.
Visiting Kinlochewe & Exploring Wester RossThis part of the country has an abundance of stunning countryside and vast mountain ranges to see. You can also visit many sea and freshwater lochs, glorious sand and dark pine forests. Stroll along spectacular coastal routes or climb the majestic Torridon Mountain range. Nearby in Gairloch is a 9-hole golf course, a variety of shops/restaurant and water sports. Inverness and the Isle of Skye are both within easy reach, whilst in Kinlochewe there is a general store, post office, hotel and petrol station/shop. Further attractions to visit include:
Beinn Eighe National Nature Reserve.
Corrieshalloch Gorge and the Falls of Measach.
